• Free shipping on orders over $50 (New Zealand only)
• Standard: $5.99
• Express: $12.99
• Rural areas may incur additional charges

Tracking Your Order

• A tracking number will be emailed once dispatched
• Check status via the courier’s website
• Contact us if no updates after 48 hours

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging
• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase required

Process:

1. Log in to your account to request a return
2. Pack items securely with the original receipt
3. Attach the prepaid return label (if applicable)
4. Drop off at the nearest courier depot

Refunds:
• Processed within 5-7 business days
• Original shipping costs non-refundable
• Store credit option available

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• Report within 7 days of delivery
• Provide photos of the issue
• We’ll cover return shipping costs
